Formula:
Cefpodoxime (as cefpodoxime proxetil)100 mg, Clavulanic Acid (as Potassium Clavulanate) 62.5 mg, excipients q.s.ad 1 tablet.

Indications:
For the treatment and prevention of infections of skin (wounds, abscesses and pyoderma) and of soft tissue; pneumonias, bronchitis, sinusitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, otitis media and other infections of the upper and lower respiratory tract; infections of the genito-urinary tract, as well as other infections caused by germs sensitive to the association, mainly strains of Staphylococcus intermedius, Staphylococcus aureus resistant to penicillins, Streptococcus canis, (group G, ß hemolytic), Escherichia coli, Pasteurella multocida and Proteus mirabilis, among others

Dosage y administration:
Orally. Canines: 1 tablet per 10-20 kg (5-10 mg cefpodoxime/kg) every 24 hours for 7 days or up to 3 days after the remission of clinical symptoms.
Felines: ½ tablet/10 kg every 12 hours or ½ tablet/5 kg every 24 hours up to 3 days after the resolution of the disorder. These treatments and durations are only suggestions, so the prescription is left to the discretion of the treating Veterinarian, but the duration should never be less than 3 days.
