Formula:
Vitamin e acetate (DL-Alpha Tocopherol Acetate) 15.00 g, sodium selenite 0.30 g, excipients q.s.ad. 100.00 mL.

 
Indications:
It is indicated for the treatment and prevention of affections caused by Vitamin E and Selenium deficit in bovines, sheep, goats, camelids, swine and horses. In cases of nutritional muscle dysthropia (White Muscle Disease, rigidity in lambs), miositis, necrotic hepatosis, delay in growth, encephalomalacia, exudative diathesis, among others. It restores the muscle performance en sports horses (contractures, tears and muscle injuries). It also improves fertility in females and males; it improves fecundity, pregnancy and reproductive conditions in general (prevention of placental retention, reduction in the number of offspring, reduction in the number of open days and number of services per conception, preparation of studs for the service, improves semen quality, etc). When applied previously to service, it improves in a 20% the reproductive efficiency. It acts like a biologic antioxidant, neutralizing free radicals and avoiding lipid peroxidation, which are members of cell membranes; minimizing, by this way, degeneration and necrosis of tissues. 

Dosage y administration:
Intramuscular route. General dose if of 0.05 mg of Se/kg of b.w., which is equivalent to 0.12 mg/kg of Sodium Selenite; and of Vitamin E is 6 mg/kg of b.w., which is equivalent to 1 mL of Myoselen E per each 25 kg of b.w.
